Questions
Does the person receiving it need an app or an account?
No. They open the link you send in their phone or computer browser, and they're in the museum. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Can I see the result before paying?
Partly, and for free. The preview lets you walk through your museum and shows the first two memories in full, as many times as you like. The other memories and the final surprise stay hidden until you pay (from €9.99), which also unlocks the private link. To see a complete museum first, explore Emma and Alex's demo.
How much does it cost, and what is included?
Essential is €9.99: five memories in one gallery, the final surprise room, and two characters with the basic settings (name, skin tone, hairstyle, hair and outfit colors). Deluxe is €14.99: up to ten memories (a second gallery opens from the sixth), and every style option for the characters (outfits, trousers, eye color, beard, glasses, hats, earrings, neckwear, a bag, height and build). You pay once, when you unlock the private link. No subscription.
Do I have to choose an offer before I start?
No. Everything is free to try in the editor, and Deluxe options carry a small "Deluxe" badge. The price follows what your museum uses: five memories and the basic character settings cost €9.99; a sixth memory, or any Deluxe style even with five memories, makes it €14.99. You can switch back to Essential at any time before paying.
Can I upgrade to Deluxe after buying Essential?
Yes. Add memories or Deluxe styles to the museum you bought, then pay the €5.00 difference. Your gift link stays the same; until you upgrade, it keeps showing the Essential version.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, phones are what we design for first. On a phone you walk with a thumb joystick or by tapping the floor, and every memory opens in a large, readable card. Older devices that can't show 3D get a simple page-by-page version of the same story.
Who can see my museum?
Only people who have the private link. Museums are never listed, searchable or public, and your photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived signed links. Anyone you forward the link to can open it, so share it only with the person it's for.
Can I fix a typo after sending it?
Yes. Your editor stays available on the device where you made the museum (or through your private editing link), and changes appear on the same gift link.
What happens to my photos?
We resize them, remove hidden metadata such as GPS location, and store them privately. We never use them for anything else, never send them to AI services, and you can delete your museum at any time.
Is there sound?
Optional and off by default: soft footsteps, a gentle ambience and a warm chime at the end. The visitor can turn it on with one tap.
