Lost your private editing link?

It’s in the e-mail you received after your purchase. If you can’t find it, write to us with the e-mail address you paid with and, if you have it, the museum’s link: we’ll help you get back into your museum.

Editing or deleting your museum

From the editor, on the device where you made it or through your private editing link, you can fix the texts, change a photo or the characters, move to Deluxe and delete your museum at any time. Changes appear on the same link.

Single point of contact (Digital Services Act)

In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), the single point of contact of Memuseo, for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users, is contact@memuseo.com. You can write to us in English or in French. To report illegal content, follow the procedure described in the terms.

Hosting and technical providers

Memuseo relies on the technical providers below. Any transfer of data outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards shown (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework):

• Vercel Inc. — Hosting of the site and its functions, and private photo storage (Vercel Blob). Location: US company; the site, its functions and the photos are hosted in the Frankfurt region (Germany, European Union). Transfers outside the European Union covered by: standard contractual clauses (EU) 2021/914 and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data processing agreement
• Neon, Inc. — Database (museum content, payments, anonymous counters). Location: European Union, Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1). Transfers outside the European Union covered by: standard contractual clauses (EU) 2021/914 and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data processing agreement
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd — Payment (no card data goes through our site). Location: Ireland (European Union); processing may involve the United States. • Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) — Sending the confirmation e-mail after a purchase, from the mail.memuseo.com domain. Location: United States. Transfers outside the European Union covered by: standard contractual clauses (EU) 2021/914 and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data processing agreement
• Cloudflare, Inc. — Routing of the e-mails sent to our contact address (Email Routing). Location: United States; worldwide network. Transfers outside the European Union covered by: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses (EU) 2021/914. Data processing agreement

Intellectual property

The Memuseo site, its 3D museum, its characters, its texts and its graphics are protected. Content added by users (photos, texts) remains their property; they guarantee that they hold the rights to it.
